Search For Deceaseds
to Perform the Search
Type in the deceased person’s particulars and click on the search button.
To make the search effective, type in as many particulars as possible of the deceased person.
Parts of the names (first and last names) can be typed in the search fields.
The system recognizes the letters typed in as a “phrase” within the name.
All of the names containing this “phrase” (at the beginning, at the end, or in the middle) will appear in the search results.
If multiple names matching the typed in particulars are found in the search, they will be displayed with the addition of other identifying particulars for each of them. Clicking on the deceased’s name will lead to a deceased’s card containing identifying particulars and particulars of his burial.
The system will display up to 60 names in the search results. If more than 60 names matching the typed in particulars are found, repeat the search with additional identifying particulars.
The extended search makes it possible to type in additional particulars of the deceased: father’s name and both the Hebrew and Gregorian calendar dates of death.
